Tilt beam sensor

Electrolevels are measurement devices designed for automated monitoring of inclinations and indirect measurement of differential settlements along structures, enabling reconstruction of the deformation profile over extended distances. The instrument consists of a rigid beam, available in various lengths, on which a high-precision inclinometer sensor is installed, typically based on MEMS or electrolytic technology. The beams can be installed individually or connected in series, forming a measurement chain capable of providing a complete displacement profile along the structure. Inclination variations of each element are measured and converted into differential displacements, allowing the detection of deformations, settlements, or rotations with high sensitivity and reliability. Thanks to product modularity, ease of installation, and compatibility with data acquisition systems, electrolevels represent an ideal solution for automated structural and infrastructure monitoring.
