LoraWAN node

The LoRaWAN data transmission node represents an innovative solution for remote monitoring applications. This technology enables data transmission over long distances while maintaining very low power consumption and ensuring excellent operational autonomy. The LoRaWAN node is designed to acquire and transmit data from any type of sensor, including analog, digital, and vibrating wire sensors. It is capable of powering sensors only for the time required for signal stabilization and data acquisition, thereby optimizing energy consumption. These wireless nodes provide an advanced and versatile solution for geotechnical, structural, and hydrogeological monitoring applications. Data collected from all nodes installed within an area are sent to a local gateway, which then transmits them to a server via a 4G data connection (through an integrated dedicated SIM card). The server receives the data, stores and processes them, and makes them available through a secure, password-protected web portal accessible via user ID and password. Access is performed through a standard web browser and requires no software installation on the client side. The web portal provides the following functions: • Reading of selected variables • Graphical trend visualization of measurements • Data export in multiple formats • Alarm management • Alarm event logging
